Printing Externally

That works great...except it word brings up a message box stating tha
Word is currently printing, if you exit, you will cancel you
print.....and if i click no, so i dont close word, it still doesnt wan
to print...any suggestions???Thank

There's a setting in MSWord that allows you to do background printing. I've
turned this off--so Word doesn't come back until the printing is done.
(Background printing allows word to continue with other stuff--including
closing.)

Inside word, try changing:
Tools|Options|Print Tab
Uncheck Background Printing.

Alternatively, you could add an application.wait statement in your code. But
you'd have to guess how long to wait until the print was done.
