I use my Outlook Contacts file to address envelopes in Word. The Outlook program automatically supplies a final line of address when it is a U.S. address, that is, United States of America. Since this is domestic mail, I would like to suppress that line but I don't know how. Please help

Thanks

.
In Outlook 97 and 98 you were stuck with the couuntry
showing up in the address. As far as I know you are still
stuck with it, and you have to go back and edit the
address.
