Printing envelopes w/return address

Before instaling service pack2 I was able to print envelopes easily. After
installing service pack 2 my return address does not print. I have tried
typing in a new return address and check the appropriate box to allow the
return address to print but no luck. I have an HP 960c printer.
Any ideas?
