envelope printing

i am learning by trial end error. i need instr re: printing fwd & rtrn
address on envelopes (w/barcodes), all instr just tell me how to install
envelope in my AIO940 printer, i want to know how to print on these
envelopes, where do i enter the info to print and then how do i send it to
the printer, can i save these addresses to a cd?
