Printing envelopes to HP 8000

When printing the envelopes from Word 2003 to HP 8000 printer, no matter the
changes I make in the program, it will not print the same way it shows on the
screen. I can get Word 2000 to work, however the word 2003 systems will not
to the same printer. Thanks for your help.
 
In what way is it wrong?
