Printing email messages without To: and From:

We are using Office 2003. How does an email message get printed without the
To:, From: or Subject: on the print? The body of the email message printed as
if it was a Word document - not sure how that happened.
 
It sounds like you're using Word as your email editor and printing an unsent message. THat's exactly the behavior you'd get in that scenario.
