Printing Email Details - From, To, CC, Subject & Date do not appea

When i print off most of my emails from Outlook they do not print out the top
section with the details From, To, CC, Subject and the Date.
Is there any settings i can change that will make these print out with the
email?

May I ask, in the nicest possible way WHY you need to print "all my emails"?
Outlook is a far far better filing and retrieval system than ANY paper-based
one....

As part of our quality assurance system in the company we are required to
keep a paper system aswell as an electronic. If you have any suggestions in
fixing this problem i would be most grateful.

If you have IE7 installed, it's a problem with that program.
