Printing/Displaying Associated Contacts with an Appointment

Hi

You have the option of linking one or more contacts to an appoinment, but
information about this contact (I would like Name, address, phone) does not
display along with the entry, event when printing Calendar details?

Can this be done?

Not without writing a fair amount of code to either insert the data into the
appointment item itself or produce a custom report.
 
Really!!! That really is an amazing oversight!!! I mean what is the point
of associating a contact with an appoitment if it is just a linked piece of
information that is not accessible other than using the Outlook client!!

Maybe Lotus notes wasn't so bad after all!
