New Appointment From Contact - 2007

I frequently find myself within a Contact Record (having looked up a phone
number, or identified an incoming email) and wanting to set up an appointment
linked to the Contact. There is a Meeting Request option - but I don't want
to request a meeting, I have already agreed it over the phone. Is there a
way to schedule a New Appointment from within a Contact Record and have it
auto link to the Contact?
At the moment I have to exit the contact, open calendar, schedule a new
appointment, and then link it to the contact.

Ok - having done a bit more reading I have found that I can Customize The
Quick Access Toolbar within the Contact Record so that New Appointment is
available.
This helps a lot!
But I cannot get the created New Appointment to automatically link to the
Contact!!
