Printing custom sizes

I am trying to print a word document on a 3 x 5 postcard. I have set the
paper size in page setup, in the printer, etc. So far all I get is a small
fraction of the file in the far upper right corner of the card. Is there a
center setting I'm missing. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
Word will only print on paper sizes allowed by the printer driver. Custom
sizes are frequently problematical. Either use the label wizard to print on
a postcard label format (4 postcards per sheet) or set a standard larger
size of paper and set large margins to fix the position of the card in
relation to the feed path of the printer.
