Printing On Custom-Sized Paper (Post Card)

How do I print on a post card (3.5x5.5")? My printer has a custom paper
setting, but when attempting to print it simply ejects the post card without
printing. Photoshop allows me to print a background photo edge to edge on
the post card, but Word does not seem to like this small size. Is there a
way, or a work-around, to do this?

If your printer actually has this size listed, then you should be able to
select it in Word and print on it. If it requires a Custom size in Word,
then you're on shakier ground. It may be necessary to select the next larger
size listed for your printer and make up the difference with margins. You
may not be able to print to the edge, but if your printer allows
"borderless" printing, you may still need to choose that setting in the
printer Properties.
