Printing Custom Forms

I read the post re the xprint but I am hoping for a simpler solution to my
problem. I designed a form based upon previous attempts at a design. I
finally have the form the way I want it but there are fields assigned to the
form that I am not using on the form. They are fields that were set up as a
result of my previous attempts. When I go to print the form I get ALL the
fields associated with the form, not just the fields that appear on the form.
Can I eliminate the fields that I don't need somehow??Also, I don't get the
notes field when I print. Any way I can get that? I don't know VB so I am
kind of stuck with what the built ins.

Add each of the problem fields to a custom page. Right-click each field and
on the Validation tab, clear the box for Include in Printing and Save As.

Or, if you don't need those fields at all any more, delete them on the All
Fields page.

I apologize if you have already received a response to this but when I tried
to post I got a "this site not available".
Anyway, this was very helpful, except that there is one field that still
doesn't print and that is the Notes field. My form is one page and I am not
utilizing the first tab, which is Tasks, but I need the big notes field from
that page, so I put it on my page. I need this field to print and it's not
printing. When I r-click onto that field in design mode the name of the
field is DocSiteControl1 and there is no Properties tab available, so I can't
check the print and save as button.
If I can't use this Notes field do you have a recommendation for another
field? I need to have the properties of this field, such as being able to
tab. I initially set the form up with a big text box, but the tabs just
moved through the whole form and not just the notes.
Any suggestions?

Using a real newsreader (Outlook Express, Forte Agent, and Xnews are a few)
will eliminate this problem and make it easier to track threads.

XPrint (a lousy solution, in my opinion) can't print the item body. You can,
however, set up a custom field as a formula field to hold the plain text
data from the body. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm
