Printing current web address as header/footer

Is it possible to adjust a setting so that the current
web address is automatically printed as the header and/or
footer? I thought that this was supposed to be the case.

Insert the following into the header or footer section, accessed from:
File > Page Setup

See the complete listing of options by selecting Help from the IE drop-down,
clicking the Index tab, then typing footer and double-clicking the first
match (footers, printing Web pages).
