Printing Contacts

I am using Outlook 2003 and am trying to print my contacts. When it previews
the page, each contact says "Unknown" at the top. Why is that there and how
can I get rid of it?

You may be able to change the header to remove the user name which might be
set to "Unknown". Check out the Page Setup dialog
