Printing a Single Outlook Contact

I am having a problem printing a single contact from Outlook. To give this
issue some context when using print preview to view the contact page it looks
like the following:

It has the phone numbers listed in order of Business, Business Fax, Mobile
and Home and it prints as such.
The problem that I am having is when I use print preview on a single contact
it looks like the following:

The phone numbers are now in the wrong order and print out in the order of
Business, Home, Mobile then Business Fax.

I have tried many solutions such as creating a custom view under contacts
but that only affects printing the full contact list. When I try to change
the Page Layout/Setup under print preview for the test contact there are no
options to change the order of the phone numbers or any information for that
matter. Is there a way to get a single contact to print out and have the
phone numbers listed in the order of Business, Business Fax, Mobile, Home
instead of Business, Home, Mobile, Business Fax?

the first one uses a view so you can change the layout. The second is the
memo format and it is not customizable. outlookprinter or blueprint may
allow you to change the field order. links are at
