Thanks for replying. If I look on screen at the contacts folder using the
"Detailed Address Card" view then some contacts are displayed in full and
other contacts are truncated. If I double click the entries that are
truncated then a window opens up showing the full details for that entry. So
the full information is actually available. It seems almost as if there is a
maximum number of characters that can be displayed, after that limit is
reached the rest are truncated even though they are in the database.
Other contacts which have a relatively small number of charcters are
displayed in full.
If while viewing the contact folder I select print preview then the same
thing happens. The larger contacts are truncated. Same thing when I actually
print.
