Printing check boxes

In the document I am trying to print there are check boxes which are simply
recording yes/no with no as default. They appear fine in preview but do not
print.

Having read previews comments I have updated printer drivers but have had no
luck still.

Does any one have any further advice. Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Iain,

Change the checkbox border from hairline to 1 or 2.

Some combinations of printers and access borders print a
line so thin that you can't see it (yet it will show fine
in preview).
