Printing changes in document

Before I print a document with changes I untick the "print with Balloons"
option but leve the Comments and Insertions & Deletions boxes ticked. The
document prints with increased right margins, as if it's leaving room for the
Balloons in the right margin. How do we get it to print using the full
page.--
