Printing Calendars in Word

i have created a calendar in word. i have pictures too for each month. i have
an outline on both the pictures and the calendar for each month.

my problem is when i go to print it. in the print preview it shows me only
the left top and bottom lines of the outline. i cannot see the right side at
all. i have tried to go to file-page setup and change the margins but when i
do i get this message:

"One or margins are set outside the printable area of the Page. Choose the
Fix button to increase the appropriate margins."

i choose the fix button but still can only see 3 sides to the outline. can
anyone help?

i tried that but still keep getting the error message. i set all the borders
to 0 but still cannot get the right side of the outline.

Reducing margins has no effect on the unprintable area, which will be
greater on the trailing edge of the page. You will have to *increase* the
margins and reduce the size of the page content. Since it's a calendar,
presumably it's a table. Unless you have the table width set to 100%,
changing the margins won't change the width of the table; you'll have to do
that manually.
