Printing Block characters

Two users are both using Word 2000 and print to the same printer. One user
gets the correct symbol font, the other user gets the symbol replaced by a
block. Any ideas why there is this difference?

you gotta spot the differences. Lots of possiblities:
- different OS, and hence:
- different printer driver
- different printer driver settings, i.e.:
- font substitution vs. downloading
