Printing based on location

Prince

Hello,

NOS: Multi- 2000, NT
COS: Multi- 2000, 98, XP

Situation:

I have 2 labs. I have users with roaming profiles. How can
I have the location where they log in instead of their
profile determine the default printer?

I.e.

Tom has a profile that is geared towards working in lab A.
Hence, Tom's default printer is printer A. Tom covers a
shift in lab B yet his default printer remains printer A.
How can I make it so that when Tom logs in at a computer
in lab B his default printer becomes Printer B?

Thank you for any response,

-Prince

Set up a local printer on clients with port directed to
network printer (use Add Port). Users will then have
option to print to either "local" printer or the one held
in profile.

Is their a way to have that "local" printer made default
by the OS automatically without user intervention, again
based on theclient they log on to?

Thank you 4 ur response.
