printing and save option freeze

Trying to print or save Word document manuals off the
Internet. Can open up the documents but when I
select "print" and "OK" to print it feezes. I have to CTL-
ALT-DEL to get out of this. Same thing happens when I try
to Save document.

How do you save the file?

Is Word opened when you execute the print?

What is the URL will check it out.
