Printing and Powerpoint

One of my internal users is running across a problem where new powerpoint
documents she creates will not print to the printers in their office but
will print to the ones in our office. Hers being San Antonio, and mine
being Roanoke. These powerpoint slides are not very big, meaning she sent
me a 1 slide powerpoint with some graphics on it, but it would not print.
Some of her co-workers have sent them powerpoints that they have done and
those print fine and when she goes to another computer, and tries to create
a new powerpoint it will not print either. Can someone offer some advice on
what to try next? These are new slides she has tried and they successively
keep locking up the printer. All other office xp products print just fine.

Thanks,
Chris

Let's play Fill In The Blanks. :) Need some more info ...

What kind of printer

What kind of network

Do you get any error messages from either the printer or the windows
spooler?

What's on the slides?

Are these custom masters or MS-supplied ones?

Does a new presentation based on a blank template cause problems too?
