Is it possible to do this, eg to print just the top 3 levels of a document,
or to select/copy/then paste just the top 3 levels out of a document? When I
attempt to do this the operation includes the entire body text as well.

Based on excel, I went looking for options to select only visible content,
but did not find any. I'm using Word 2003
TIA ... Greg

The easiest way to do this is usually to create a TOC, copy/paste it into a
new document, and immediately unlink it (Ctrl+Shift+F9).
