Printing an envelope from pleading papers

We have a proof of service form on legal paper. In the form the addresses
show single spaced, however, when we try to print an envelope from this form
the address is double spaced. Any ideas on how to convert to single spaced?

This form is based on a custom-made template? Only the creater could say
for certain.

Often, problems with envelopes arise from adjustemts to the "Normal"
style in the given tempalte (check Normal.dot, too). If the relevant
"Normal" style is double-spaced, this could be the culprit.

Envelope addresses are formatted with the envelope address paragraph style
http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm , but if you are using
the envelope/label tool, any manual formatting of the addressee information
will also be carried to the envelope.
