I am using Outlook 97 on one computer and Outlook 2003 on another. I
currently have about 150 names and adresses in my personal address list, and
I would like to be able to print these out, as they show in the adress book,
(one name and associated information per line). It would seem that moving the
file to Excel, might accomplish this, but I cannot find the way to move the
file. Even simpler would be to Highlite the information required from the
adress book and then have a print command. I can't find this either. Does
anybody have a suggestion that would help?

I don't think that PowerPoint will help you accomplish this. Perhaps, the
Outlook or Excel groups would have a solution for you.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is the first time that I have tried the
Discussion groups, and did not see one for Outlook. do you know which
category it falls in?

No problem. I'm not sure how you are reading news, so I'm not sure I would
see the same categories as you. You might look for microsoft.public.outlook
or microsoft.public.outlook.general, which can be found on the Web at:

dg=microsoft.public.outlook.general
