A document?
You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the Word program you are
using. I would suggest you include your Windows and Office version
number in the message.

That sounds like a MS Word question. If so remember that the page
numbers that are printed and displayed on the page footer or header and not
real pages, but just number printed on the page. You can select the real
pages. The real page will normally be displayed at the bottom left of the
window, not part of the page being displayed. The number displayed will be
based on where the curser is located when you have more than one page
displayed.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
