printers in all users

How can I set up printers for all users who log on to an xp pro workstation. Currently we copy the initial profile into the default user profile and it works but what about when i want to add a printer. I hate to have to copy the default user profile again and delete all of hte user profiles. Any ideas let me know. Cheers
