My computer is on windows XP and I have difficulty to
instal my printer BJC-5100. I find a driver in the web
but my computer never recognize my printer. So, what is
the solution. Do you have a goor driver for this ?

Is the printer compatible with Windows XP? Did you follow the installation
instructions exactly? Is the driver you found a Windows XP driver for your
exact model of printer?
