REcently upgraded to Windoes XP professional. Printer
quit working. Tried to load from cd and get reply saying
that program is not supported by windows 2000. Printer is
a DeskJet932c. Before upgrade had windows me.

The CD does not have the correct drivers on it.

Ensure that nothing is remaining from the upgrade... keeping the printer
connected during the upgrade is a very bad idea!
