I got my computer for christmas last year and cant print
in color only the black ink works. they are installed
correctly and when printing it shows that the color
cartiage is full. But it wont print anything with
color . CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. MY EMAIL ADDRESS

First, never post your real email address. This is a public forum and every
spammer in the world has access to your email address now. About your
printer - You didn't tell us what kind it is, that would help. Most printers
have a setup menu that will let you select the type of print you desire. You
can set your print quality, color, grayscale, etc. Read your printer manual
(it may be on the cd that came with the printer, or is installed on your
computer).
