Well, it might help if you bothered to mention a few more details.
Is the computer an international version?
Is french an alternate language installed on the computer?
If you have a US english only version of windows, do you have any foreign
language applications installed?
Assuming no-- and that the problem is a problem with the printer driver--You
may be able to uninstall the driver, and after disconnecting the printer,
reinstall it, selecting english as the preferred language. Downloading the
latest version is recommended.
