Will it print anything for anyone else? What are you trying to print: from
what application or applications? What does the printer do, if anything,
when you try to print? Are there any error messages? If so, what do they
say? Was the printer ever working? If so, have you made any changes in the
printer's settings? Have you made any changes in hardware or software? Was
XP on the computer when you purchased it or was it put on as an upgrade? If
an upgrade, did the printer work properly before the upgrade and not after?
