This usually occurs when the printer is set to draft or economy mode.
Without knowing the Email application you are using to print from, it is
difficult to speculate as to why you are having the problem.
Have you attempted to set the printer and printing options --
From Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes , or from within the Email
application?
Is the printer selected as the default printer, and at least for normal
printing?
What make and model printer are you using?
