Printer Tasks or Printer options won't load.

Hello, i've been having this problem for a while now, whenever i want to open
up the "Add a Printer" Wizard nothing will load, either will File> Add a
printer, File> Server Properties etc. the "See Also" Options work but do not
answer my queries.

i've tried looking this up in Microsoft data base, as well as Google, the
only help i got so far was cleaning up my Printer Spooler, which didn't do
anyhing. any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply but yes, it was already started, at the moment i'm
making sure all my protected window's files are intact.
