Windows XP printer spool/RCP path

I have followed all the suggestions for the printer spool not working and found an additional problem, I need a path for RCP, does this sound familiar?
 
A little bit more info please :
O/S = ?
Printer = ?
Connection = Networked / LPT / USB / FireWire / Serial

As for the printer spool not working... double check your drivers, if its a network printer double check your firewall settings, clear the spooler cache, restart the print spool service.... the list of things goes on.
