Printer Spool not working

When sent document to print i use to get this message '' PRINTER SPOOL NOT
WORKING ''.

I need solution to this problem.

Open a Command Prompt and issue the following command:

net start spooler

What does the command return?

Look in the Event Viewer for pertinent error messages. Copy and paste
relevant errors to your next post. To copy an event click on the
clipboard icon.

Tell us the make of your printer.

You only answered one of my questions. What about the Event Log errors
and the net start spooler command?

My guess is that this is caused by the cursed lexbces.exe! See here:

Hello I have a problem with my printer spool.
Everytime I log off the computer, the computer loses the printer. When I
install the printer again the erorr is fix printer spool during installation
and the software will fix it and when I log off I would have to go thru the
whole process again.
