I have an HP 930C connected to my computer running XP. I
am trying to connect my wife's laptop using Windows 98 so
that she can print on my printer. We are connected thru
Linksys to DSL.

When I to to sharing on my printer on XP, it indicates
that I should install additional driver for W98. When I
continue it asks me to provide a printer driver.

1. Am I being asked to install the cd provided with my HP
930C or some other CD like the Drivers and Utilities CD
which came with my Dell computer?
2. What do I type as the path when I install the CD?

You don't actually need to install the Win98 driver on the XP machine
(although there may be some benefit to doing so) if the Win98 laptop
already has a driver for the printer in question. That is, if you
previously were printintg to the 930c directly from the laptop, you
don't have to install the Win98 driver again.
