Printer sharing is cancelled

I have a small Home network(1 wireless connected laptop and a PC) with a
printer attached to the PC. I have installed the share option for the printer
but for some unknown reason this is regularly cancelled. Can I prevent this
from happening?

I am assuming you already ran the Network Configuration Wizard

Enable Spooler information events. Printers Folder / File / Server
Properties / Advanced

Enable sharing if it has been disabled


the event 9 is not very informative since it just states the printer has
been set, but it will let you know "who" changed the printer properties
