Printer setup in a domain

I have a Windows 2000 Server and XP Pro clients. XP client printers are
shared and published in the Active Directory (via local administrator). How
can I automate the printer setup for all users within the domain so that the
shared printers are listed for everyone on each XP client rather than
manually having to add printers for each and every user? Is it possible to
do this through a group policy?
