This job probably shows as printing with an error status.
Try to delete the job.
Power off the printer completely (e.g. pull the plug)
Shut down the computer. You may get a warning about pending print
jobs might be lost. This is what you want so be grateful.
Power up the printer and make sure it shows "Ready" status.
Power up the computer. The queue should now be clear.
