Wesley Vogel said:Tom,
It doesn't matter where you are. You have the wrong Time Zone set. Believe
it or not this can cause all kinds of problems. I helped a guy yesterday
who didn't have sent messages going into his Sent Items folder in Outlook
Express because his time was incorrect. This is just one example.
This is from your message properties >>>
Date: Mon, 3 Oct 2005 12:07:31 -0700
The -0700 at the end means the Pacific Daylight Time Zone for the US and
Canada. -07:00 from GMT. Greenwich Mean Time.
I am in the Mountain Daylight Time Zone in the US. My message properties
shows >>>
Date: Sun, 2 Oct 2005 19:43:58 -06:00. -06:00 from GMT.
Sydney, Australia Local Time = GMT+10:00 (Standard Time)
To set the proper Time Zone...
Double click your clock.
Click the Time Zone tab.
You should see >>>
(GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney
If you do not, click the V and scroll down to it and select it.
Click Apply.
Click OK.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

Rob B. said:Did you do a "quick format" or standard? I had the same problem with a
network card after doing a quick format. The standard format checks the
drive for errors and fixes them before the install, so you might try running
scanddisk if a uninstall and re-install of the drivers doesn't work. I know
this sounds a little weird, but it fixed my problem.
