Printer Prefernces

Epson Dot matrix 420 printer. Quickbooks 2006 software. Custom tractor feed
form of 8.5 by 7 inches. Can set up custom form in Server Preferences but if
does not show up in printer papersize drop down. Pages print in 11 inch
length. Set printer to 7 inches but software is overriding. Help please!

I don't see this driver inbox so I installed the LQ 400. Worked fine
defining a 8.5in x 7in form. Opened printer properties / printing
preferences / Advanced / Paper Size

I don't have QuickBooks but I found the form when printing with Internet
Explorer.

If you obtained the driver from Epson you will need to ask them. If you
are using a different driver, which one?
