How many LPT ports can XPP support? I have a PC with an on-board LPT1: and 2 additional 2-port PCI LPT cards. The problem is that XPP is recognising both ports on the second card as LPT4:. Help please
Try relocating the PCI card to another slot. System boards assign IRQs
to PCI cards based upon what slot they occupy and the OS may be
assigning LPT#s based upon hardware IRQs it sees the ports using. You
could also tickle some BIOS settings but simply moving the card may
correct the problem.
