Printer failures

We run a Windows 2000 STD Terminal server that has suddenly developed
printing issues. We cannot print to anything whether they be client mapped
printers or straight IP based printing. The jobs just fail with no event in
the log to every single printer. I have rebooted, reinstalled printers.
Nothing works. I think there must be an issue with the print subsystem.
Does anyone have any ideas? I thought I might replace the files associated
but am not sure which ones to replace.
