Printer drivers uninstall

L

Luiz Horacio

Hi,

I'm trying to find a driver that will work with an older printer. It's a
mess, and I tryed some until now.

Somehow, I feel that a wrong driver installed in my system can mess up
things, and prevent the correct driver to work.

I know I can uninstall a printer, but how can I remove completely the files
it uses?

Thanks,

Luiz Horacio

Open Printer and Faxes, File menu, Server Properties, Drivers tab, select one, Remove.

Windows always tries to keep driver's files. It figures if you used it once you may again one day. Saves having to find a disk if you use it again.
