Printer Connection

I lost connection to my printer-- when I try to print the
pop up says;

Title Box: POD service.exe-unable to locatedll

The message says;

The Dynamic Link Library CFG32MGR 32 DLL could not be
found in the specified path C:/program files/i
pod/bin;.;C:winnt/system 32; C:winnt;C:/sytem 32/wbem.

Can anyone offer a solution?? Help
