Unable to locate DLL

Hi,

Every time I turn on my PC, after Win 2000 is loaded, I
get this error message with the title:

ccRegVfy.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

The dynamic link library "ccTrust.dll" could not be found
in the specified path C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Symantec Shared; c:\WINNT\System32; c:\WINNT\System;
c:\WINNT; c:\WINNT\system32; c:\WINNT\System32\Wbem


Is there some way I can fix this problem without having to
re-install Windows?

Google gives almost 1800 hits on the file "ccRegVfy.exe".
It seems it belongs to NAV. The logical thing would be
to uninstall & reinstall NAV.
