What does this mean?

I was opening a file and got this message:
At the top of the box it read;

CWIMPORT.EXE-Unable to locate DLL

(IT then said on the little screen)

The dynamic link library VIM32.dll could not be found in
specified path C:\ProgramFiles\Common
Files\System\Mapi\1033
\NT;.;C:\winnt\system32;C:\winnt\system;C:\winnt;C\winntsys
tem32;C:\winnt;C:\winnt\System32\Wben

My computer has not been working correctly but I
do not know why. It is very slow (I've defragged)
and not all graphics are displayed on some websites
and some files do not open.
Can anyone explain what this means. I have a
Windows 2000 system.

Do you use outlook 97? Seems CWIMPORT.EXE is part of the application. If so
ask them in an outlook group.

Thanks for taking a look at this. I use incredimail for my
emails. I've never even opened my Outlook file that I'm
aware of.
