Printer and Camera...Computer won't recognize

Bought the computer with XP Home, and upgraded to Office
Pro. Both printer (EPSON C84) and camera worked
initially (even after upgrade), however it now seems as
if none of the USB ports recognize that there is a device
there. Have tried them all. HELP!
